GUELPH, ONTARIO, January 3, 2008 – Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund (TSX: ARF.UN) today announced a distribution agreement with CertainTeed Inc., a leading North American manufacturer of building materials and supplier to the U.S. residential building trades industry.  Under the terms of the agreement, CertainTeed will distribute Armtec’s Platon foundation wrap product throughout the U.S. residential housing and retail building trade markets.  Platon keeps basements dry by waterproofing foundations and controlling moisture under sub-floors.
